We design summits, conferences, and roundtables. In addition, we handle roadshows, exclusive experiences, and PR & SM events. If desired, with a focus on sustainability.

Core services:

  • Clear communication is the key to a successful event concept. Let's talk about your project.

  • In a creative guide, the target audience is identified, and the conceptual idea is outlined. If both align well, the implementation structure naturally falls into place.

  • In this phase, it's important to think along. The fact that we are able do so – each one of us individually, as well as the Beissel von Mathieu team – gives our projects brilliance.

  • We don't send anything out that isn't flawless. Text and graphics ensure that the core message of the event is reinforced.

guest & relation

Precise guest management is essential for the event concept to fully unfold on the day of the event. We create guest lists, maintain databases, set up reporting, and much more.

Core services:

  • Personally tailored invitations, equipped with the latest technology, are essential: Save-the-date and registration confirmation. Finally, the thank-you email to conclude.

  • For a smooth process, we take care of all the organizational details: from hotel and travel management, to speaker and VIP management, all the way to perfect seating arrangements.

  • With check-in and accreditation, digital tools such as on-demand badge printing make our work significantly easier.

  • With 'eve' Beissel von Mathieu recently introduced its own guest management tool. We use it in many of our projects, but it can also be booked independently.

"We love events. And events love us." This statement echoes our entrepreneurial self-image. Loosely translated into the sphere of business, this means:

"First give, then take!"

With our projects, we enter the sustainable cycle through “the social”. Open ears and honest words are important to us. For our partners, customers and employees. And also for our company.

Friendly interaction within the team gives us strength. Everyone benefits from the appreciation of personal skills and life concepts and the opportunity for professional development. We attach great importance to inclusion and integrity.

We have developed a fine sense for recovery cycles and maintain these even in times of intensive work. In addition, “the ecological” draws attention to the consumption and use of raw materials: At the agency, we pay attention to the careful use of materials. And the sustainability aspect has also become an integral part of our thinking and actions in project conceptualisation. - It is no coincidence that we were and will continue to be the event agency for the world's first sustainability conference, the Hamburg Sustainability Conference, which took place for the first time in autumn 2024.

We set new sustainability standards with every event. We see this as the realisation of responsible action. Once a project has been completed, we identify the progress made and take stock of what still needs to be realised in the future. We are sustainability pioneers and encourage partners and customers alike to actively participate in the realisation of what is desirable. - We know that sustainable action requires clear principles. That is why we are committed to complying with legal regulations in all projects and events.

"Love makes the world go round. And money makes her go round faster" is a song line. We also work pro bono for social, art and cultural projects. For commercial projects, the following applies: the sustainable economic cycle comes to a successful conclusion when “the economics” are also right.

Our Sustainability Goals

At Beissel von Mathieu GmbH and Beissel von Mathieu Guest GmbH, we are committed to shaping all our events in a climate-conscious way by 2032, fostering social inclusion, and ensuring the responsible use of resources.

Short-term goal (by the end of 2025):
Achieve a 20% reduction in resource consumption.

Medium-term goal (by the end of 2029):
Cut event-related CO₂ emissions by 50%.

Long-term goal (by the end of 2035):
Offer exclusively vegetarian catering at all events.
